همانطور که در شماره قبل گفته شد ،تجربه سوگ و فقدان اثرات زیادی بر افراد بازمانده میگذارد .
در این بخش به تکالیف افراد در مواجهه با فقدان و عوامل موثر بر موفقیت فرآیند سوگواری پرداخته میشود.

تکالیف سوگ
چهار تکلیف مهم وجود دارد که باید هنگام سوگواری بعد از فقدان انجام شود.
تکلیف1:

پذیرش واقعیت فقدان : باید این واقعیت را پذیرفت که فقدان واقعی است و نمی توان وضعیت را به حالت گذشته برگرداند و تحمل آن نیاز به گذر زمان دارد.شما میتوانید با پیش بینی و تجسم آرامش و رهایی که در نهایت پس از سپری کردن مراحل سوگواری برایتان حاصل خواهد شد،انجام این کار را آسانتر کنید.
در انجام این تکلیف از دو کار پرهیز کنید: اول اینکه با کمتر جلوه دادن و انکار اهمیت فقدان ، از تجربه سوگ، فرار نکنید. و دوم اینکه زامانی را معین کنید که بتوانید به طور کامل تمام موضوعاتی که به شما امید کاذب مبنی بر بازگشت فرد از دست رفته میدهد را کنار بگذارید.
تکلیف 2:
تجربه کردن ناراحتی و سوگ : خود را برای رودر رویی با سوگواری آماده کنید .گاهی ممکن است اطرافیان از اینکه شما را غمگین و دردمند ببینند ناراحت شوند بنابراین باید بین تنهایی و بهره مندی از حمایت دیگران توازن برقرار کنید.

سازگاری با زندگی تازه : زندگی ما پس از فقدان تغییر میکند و راهی برای اجتناب از آن وجود ندارد ، این واقعیت را قبول کنید که زندگی چالشی است که مستلزم یادگیری مهارتهای جدید و سازگاری با تجارب تازه است .
تکلیف 4:
ادامه زندگی ( بازگشت به روال عادی) : ادامه زندگی به معنای فراموش کردن افراد و رویدادهای گذشته نیست ، بلکه صرفا به این معناست که آماده شروع زندگی جدیدی هستید کلیه تجارب خوب یا بد شما باعث رشد و تکامل میشود.

عوامل چندی بر تسهیل فرآیند سوگواری موثر می باشند که شامل موارد ذیل است:
1- ماهیت رابطه :بهبود یافتن از فقدان فردی که نسبت به او مسائل حل نشده ئ تعهد و اعتماد دارید ویا بسیار به او وابسته بوده اید سخت تر است . در اینگونه روابط مشکلاتی وجود داشته که موجب احساسات حل نشده ای مانند تنفر،خشم ، خصومت و یا درماندگی می شود.
2- ناگهانی بودن فقدان : آگر از پیش آمادگی مواجه با فقدان را داشته باشید راحت تر با آن کنار می آیید ،در فقدانهای قابل انتظار مانند بیماری و … بخش اعظم فرآیند سوگواری قبل از وقوع آن تکمیل می شود.
3- سیستمهای حمایتی : این سیستمهای حمایتی مانند خانواده ، دوستان محیط شغلی خوب و … به کنار آمدن با فقدان کمک می کنند.

یافتن معنایی برای مرگ

در پایان به این موضوع اشاره می کنیم که افرادی که برای مرگ و فقدان معنایی پیدا می کنند با این پدیده آسانتر کنار می آیند.
همچنین برخی فرهنگها مرگ را بخش طبیعی و غیرقابل انکار چرخه زندگی می دانند ، در مقابل بعضی فرهنگها مرگ ستیزند و برخی دیگر مرگ را انکار می کنند.
در واقع وقتی شما اجتناب ناپذیر بودن مرگ را بپذیرید می توانید به برخی مزایای آن که در زیر اشاره میکنیم پی ببرید:
– مرگ به ما کمک می کند تا قدر زندگی را بدانیم.
– مرگ تضادی است که میتوانیم از طریق آن درباره زندگی قضاوت کنیم.

– مرگ به ما قدرت می بخشد تا تصمیمات عمده ای اتخاذ کنیم.
– مرگ اهمیت انس و علاقه به یکدیگر را در زندگی ما آشکار می سازد.
– مرگ اهمیت دستیابی به تعالی را به ما نشان می دهد .
– مرگ به ما امکان می دهد تا دستاوردهای خود را معنی دار تلقی کنیم .
بنابر این چه به فرهنگ متکی باشید یا به فلسفه شخصی خودتان ، آنچه اهمیت دارد پذیرفتن مرگ به عنوان یک رویداد مهم و معنی دار در زندگی است.
