خودباوری و مفهوم آن

خودباوری به معنی نادیده گرفتن کمبود‌ها نیست، بلکه به معنی دیدن استعدادها و توانایی خودتان می‌باشد.

بخش مهمی از خودباوری حاصل دانستن نقاط ضعف است.

به طوری که به شما در رسیدن به چیزی که می‌خواهید به آن برسید به شما کمک می‌کند.

شما باید آنچه که اکنون در اختیار دارید را ببنید و با آنچه که اکنون در اختیار دارید، راه حلی برای برطرف نمودن نقاط ضعفتان بیابید و در مسیر رسیدن به خواسته هایتان استفاده کنید.

فردی دارای خودباوری است که از توانمندی‌ها و قابلیت‌هایش استفاده می‌کند.

اما اگر موفق نشد توانمندی‌هایش را پرورش می‌دهد. چرا که حتما راهی وجود داشته که نتوانسته پیدایش کند.

شکست به این معنا نیست که هیچ قابلیت و توانایی ندارید و دیگر در زندگی نمی‌توانید موفق شوید.

تنها باید اشتباهاتتان را پیدا کنید و دوباره شروع کنید.

 براساس دیدگاه شناختی، خودباوری عبارت است از:

«باور داشتن داشته های روانی و جسمانی خود و استفاده از آن ها در راه بهینه و در جهت شكوفایی استعدادها و توانایی های فردی و اجتماعی.»
روانشناسان شناخت گرا نیز دیدگاه جالبی در این خصوص دارند.

آن ها معتقدند كه از افكار سالم، احساس سالم متولد می شود و از احساس سالم، رفتارهای سالم نمایان می گردد.

بنابراین خودباوری یك مقوله شناختی است و تا زمانی كه نوجوان یا جوان به شناخت منطقی از خود نرسد نمی تواند ادعا كند كه به خودباوری رسیده است.
از سویی نباید فراموش كرد كه خودباوری با خودخواهی و یا خودشیفتگی متفاوت است.
در خودخواهی شاید هیچ باوری به صورت منطقی وجود نداشته باشد. فرد خودخواه فقط خود را می بیند و می خواهد.

بنابراین همیشه تنهاست اما انسان خودباور با دیگران است و باورهای او با كمك و همكاری دیگران متجلی می شود.

راه‌های رسیدن به خودباوری

۱. یادتان باشد که خودباوری، یادگرفتنی است

درجه‌ی خودباوری شما روی سنگ حک نشده، پس غیر قابل تغییر نیست.

همه‌ی ما انعطاف پذیریم و می‌توانیم تغییر کنیم.

حتی می‌توانیم فراتر از انتظارات‌مان پرواز کنیم.

به یاد داشته باشید که وقتی به دنیا آمدید هیچ «می‌توانم» و «نمی‌توانم»ی در ذهن‌تان وجود نداشت.

بعد ذره ذره، زندگی به شما یاد داد که چطور خودتان را محدود کنید.

شما هیچ وقت از یک بچه نمی‌شنوید: «من آدمی نیستم که بتوانم…»

آنها هنوز یاد نگرفته‌اند که افق‌های دیدشان را محدود کنند و هنوز تحت تأثیر آدم‌هایی که بدبینی از سراپایشان می‌بارد قرار نگرفته‌اند.

اولین قدم این است که فکرهای محدودکننده‌ای را که در طول زندگی در مورد خودتان در ذهن‌تان به وجود آمده پیدا کنید و همه را دور بریزید.

۲. به صدایی که در سرتان فکرهای منفی را تکرار می‌کند توجه نکنید

وقتی دچار تردید می‌شوید یک لحظه بایستید و گوش کنید.

به آن صدای کوچک منفی در درون‌تان توجه کنید و ببینید این صدا واقعا صدای کیست؟

صدای والدین‌تان؟ صدای بچه‌های زورگوی مدرسه؟

مجموعه‌ای از صداهای متنوع زیاد، مربوط به زمان‌ها و اشخاص مختلف؟ یک چیز مسلم است:

این صدای خودانتقادگر درونی در اصل صدای شما نیست.

ممکن است خودش را طوری جا زده باشد که فکر کنید هست، ولی این صدا واقعا مربوط به شما نیست.

به خودتان بگویید: این صدای من نیست! بعد آن را به چالش بکشید و به تدریج سعی کنید کاملا آن را نادیده بگیرید.

۳. نقاط ضعف را به نقطه‌ی قوت تبدیل کنید

اگر به جای تمرکز بر داشته‌ها و توانایی‌هایمان بر کمبودها و مشکلات‌مان تمرکز کنیم، فرصت خودباوری را از دست می‌دهیم.

نباید فکر کنیم که بی عیب و ایرادیم؛ ولی البته با تمرکز بر نقاط ضعف برجسته، و بدون تلاش برای اصلاح آنها و بدون توجه نقاط قوت‌مان هم به هیچ کجا نمی‌رسیم.

مثلا اگر لجباز و سمج هستید، نکته‌ی مثبت آن را در نظر بگیرید.

اگر از سماجت درست بهره بگیرید تبدیل می‌شود به عزم و سرسختی.

اگر مشکل‌تان این است که زیاد نگران می‌شوید، باید بدانید که روی مثبت این ویژگی آن است که قدرت تخیل قوی‌ای دارید و می‌توانید از آن به نفع خودتان استفاده کنید.

هر باور منفی‌ای را که در مورد خودتان دارید در نظر بگیرید و با کمک خلاقیت‌تان آن را طوری برگردانید که به یک نکته‌ی مثبت تبدیل بشود.

۴. مربی انگیزه‌بخش خودتان باشید

اگر شک و تردید با قیافه‌ی زشت‌اش از درون شما سربرمی‌آورد و نمی‌گذارد تصمیم درست را بگیرید، تصور کنید خودتان (آن بخش هوشیار خودتان)، مربی آن بخش سرکش و نگران وجودتان است؛ این همان کسی است که باید با او مشورت کنید.

فکر کنید اگر یک نفر که با تمام وجود او را باور دارید دچار شک و تردید می‌شد به او چه می‌گفتید؟

بعد بنشینید و همان حرف‌ها را به خودتان بزنید.

پس اگر دارید برای مصاحبه‌ی شغلی می‌روید و ناگهان «صدای خودتان» را می‌شنوید که:

شروع به بیان تردیدهایش می‌کند، چند دقیقه وقت بگذارید.

بنشینید و چشم‌هایتان را ببندید و به عنوان مربی، خودتان را راهنمایی کنید:

ببین، تو از پسش بر میای.

طبیعیه که نگران باشی، ولی این فقط نشون میده که کاری که میخوای بکنی برات اهمیت داره.

تو همه‌ی تجربه و صلاحیت لازم رو داری.

حتی اگر نتونی این کارو به دست بیاری، بازم با نشون دادن تمام تلاشت باعث افتخار منی.

در ذهن‌تان یک مربی موقر، با رفتار دوستانه و رُک‌گو را مجسم کنید.

مثل آدمی که می‌شناسید، یا دوست دارید بشناسید.

حرف زدن با خودتان به عنوان یک نفر دیگر (البته در خلوت ذهن‌تان) در چنین شرایط پراسترسی، باعث می‌شود که اعتماد به‌ نفس‌تان به سرعت بالا برود.

۵. یک تصویر قوی از خودتان بسازید

صرفِ متقاعد کردنِ خودتان به اینکه می‌توانید کاری را انجام بدهید برای رسیدن به خودباوری کافی نیست.

خودباوریِ حقیقی زمانی به دست می‌آید که به تدریج بتوانید به درجه‌ای برسید که خودتان را در حال آرامش اجتماعی ببینید؛

در حالی که کاری را که می‌خواهید شروع کرده‌اید، کتابی که را می‌خواستید نوشته‌اید و یا هر چیز دیگری را که لازم بوده باور داشته باشید انجام داده‌اید و همان آدمی شده‌اید که می‌خواستید.

چشم‌هایتان را ببندید و خودتان را ببینید که با قاطعیت، آرامش و قدرت رفتار می‌کنید.

این تمرین تصویرسازی قوی به این معنی است که شما می‌توانید از خودتان یاد بگیرید که چطور اعتماد به‌نفس و خودباوری داشته باشید، و طوری عمل کنید که شانس موفقیت‌تان به حداکثر برسد.

۶. تمرین کنید که خودتان را به جای قهرمان‌ها بگذارید

بعد پسربچه را وادار کردم واقعا تصور کند که خودش آرنی است و ببیند در این صورت چطور با بیماری دیگران و چنین شرایطی برخورد می‌کند.

او توانست با «وام گرفتن» از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی قهرمان مورد علاقه‌اش و حفظ آنها برای خودش، بر فوبیای سختی که او را رنج می‌داد چیره شود. برای این پسربچه راحت‌تر بود که تصور کند آرنی با بیماری دیگران کنار می‌آید، نه خودش.

او ذره ذره، رفتار خونسرد، آرام و قاطع قهرمانش را در خودش شکل داد.

به موقعیتی فکر کنید که کمبود خودباوری شما را بازداشته است.

بعد قهرمان خودتان را تصور کنید ( قهرمان شما ممکن است هر کسی باشد، از رهبران جهانی و قهرمان فیلم‌ها گرفته تا آدمی که آخر همین خیابان خودتان زندگی می‌کند) چشمان‌تان را ببندید و مجسم کنید که او چطور «قهرمانانه» با همین موقعیت کنار می‌آمد. بعد چند لحظه تصور کنید که جای او هستید؛ در همان شرایط و موقعیت، ولی شما آن قهرمان هستید. این کار را تا زمانی که حس کردید می‌توانید ویژگی‌های او را در خودتان به وجود بیاورید ادامه بدهید.

۷. خودشناسی و آگاهی از خود

از مهم‌ترین قدم‌های رسیدن به خودباوری، خودآگاهی است.

به این معنی که استعدادها و توانایی‌های خود را شناسایی کنید.

احساسات و افکار مزاحم خود را به صورت دقیق بررسی کنید و روحیات خود را بشناسید.

برای این کار می‌توانید از نظرات دیگران در مورد خودتان بهره‌مند شوید.

اما در این صورت لازم است انتقاد پذیری خود را تقویت کنید.
